RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​


We will not grant a refund or credit, or replace a product unless the product was damaged before shipping, or the product does not match the fulfillment information..

​In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem, and your order number to KrakenJigz@gmail.com 5 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be DEFECTIVE or UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are subject to inspection prior to processing.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange your item for the same item but a different size, send us an email with your order number at KrakenJigz@gmail.com for further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

     DAMAGE ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping process. In case of any lost or damaged products, you must notify us by email at KrakenJigz@gmail.com 5 days of delivery, send us a photograph, a brief explanation of the problem, and your order number, We will open a claim and investigation with the shipping company, you will be notify by mail about this process.
